How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. All Orders are processed within 24 hours. They will take 5-7 business days to arrive (Standard Shipping). Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Is It Dishwasher Safe

ShakeSphere shakers are not dishwasher safe. To preserve the Leak proof lid and seals. However they are super easy to clean if well maintained!

Does it actually mix protein powder properly?

The Capsule shape ensures that your powder is pushed around and blended nicely. It can even puree soft fruits!

Will it leak in my Gym bag?

The slide cap should ensure that the shaker is 100% gym bag safe and will not leak. Just make sure you close it properly.

Will it fit in my cup holder?

Depending on the car. The base of the Shakesphere is wider than most bottles so it wont fit in all car cup holders. However we do have a silicone cup holder which will make it fit in all cars!

What size is it?

Our shakers range from 400ml, 700ml, 825ml and even 1L tumblers.

What is the warranty and returns policy?

Warranty on our shakers is 12 months for manufacturing defects. Returns due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned open shakers. If you do have any issues please contact our team to discuss further.

I really like the design and the compact shape is perfect and fits in my bag. However, the claim that you don't need a shaker ball is like, a total lie? Without one my shake was always clumpy. So I just put one back in and that solved the problem. So no big deal, really

product gets the stars the business gets 1, poor service, support, processing and delivery, lid broke after 4 uses, couldn't replace it, got a refund but still have product with a lid I want to replace and getting a replacement also turns out to be a saga, nothing is easy with this outfit, add "Australia" to this and its a nightmare.
