Refund & Returns Policy
ShakeSphere Australia (operated by Stuff Distribution Pty Ltd) is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before contacting us about a return.
Our Commitment
Every ShakeSphere product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell and will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the personal hygiene nature of drink bottles and shakers, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and the product remains sealed and in its original packaging, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss your options.
To initiate a return enquiry, please email australia@shakesphere.com with:
- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for your return request
- A photo confirming the product is sealed and in original packaging
We will respond within 1–2 business days to discuss the available options. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, you are covered under our 12-month warranty (see Warranty Policy below) and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
For faulty or damaged items, please contact us at australia@shakesphere.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault or damage
- Photos clearly showing the issue
We will assess your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at australia@shakesphere.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once a return has been approved and the item received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
