Amazing. Love this shaker. Use it multiple times a day. It’s the perfect size and the slide lid is drip proof and easily opened/closed one handed. Definitely recommend it. I spent a long time thinking about it and in the end I bought a couple shakers and blender and I’ve got no regrets.

The fact that you can buy these lids as spare parts is a big win. I’ve managed to break two, one from dropping it while travelling, and another that snapped off the rails during washing. So having an easy replacement option is genuinely useful. At $25 for two lids, the price feels fair as well. Credit to Shakesphere for making these readily available instead of forcing a full replacement.

I have purchased 8-10 products from Shakesphere and I am happy with them. Recently two of my mini-shaker slide caps broke under what I would call "normal use" e.g. undoing the lid.

I reached out being of the opinion that these particular items were not fit for use. What does that mean? Good question.

They were not fit to represent this companies standards, known colloquially as a rush/error/friday job. This IS one of the true nightmares for any business owner, having a supply chain/production step that you do not have control over. You cant grow without trusting others, but faults can ruin months of positive growth overnight.

I reached out to Nicole and expalined athe above, I was asked for explanation + photos so that pertinent information could be sent to the manufacturing team. I dont want Nicole drowned in customer service expectations but I can say that the compensation offered by Nicole and the team was well in excess of any inconvenience I incurred with the faulty item/s. They most definitely made GOOD!

When things go wrong with a product from a company you like, PLEASE contact the business discretely and give them a chance to shine.

For myself, Shakesphere represents;
Products 5 out of 5, unless they aren't, then its
Values 6 out 5 to try and find a mutally satisfying solution.

Only Disney movie plots offer a better deal than that.

Believe the hype. They are all that and more.

Bought one of these a while ago, and yes, believe all the hype. These are amazing. I bought another two and threw all my old ones away. No wastage in the corners, easy to clean, no smell and yes they can mash up soft fruit.
