Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ShakeSphere Australia. All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse.

Australian Orders

Free standard shipping applies automatically to all Australian orders over $119 AUD at checkout.

Dispatch timeframe: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

New Zealand Orders

We ship to New Zealand. International shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery to New Zealand typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by New Zealand authorities are the responsibility of the customer. ShakeSphere Australia has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We do not currently ship to any other international destinations.

Important Notes

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• ShakeSphere Australia is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
• Ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
